I am starting to realize that it’s the little things that get me really excited about the whole bridal experience. Planning a wedding can be incredibly overwhelming, and taking time to enjoy the little steps along the way is a great way to make it fun. For example, I recently entered my fiancée and myself in a contest to win a free basic day-of-coordination package from a terrific wedding planner Danielle Pasternak. It was a Facebook contest where people would vote on the participants by “liking” their photograph.
Unfortunately we didn’t win, but I did have a good time campaigning for votes! Congratulations to the couple that won. I am sure Danielle will do a great job coordinating your special day. Also, I was introduced to a few other wedding vendors as a result, which may come in handy down the road. I really do love all the little steps that remind me that while planning a wedding can be stressful, it’s also an amazing experience that you need to make the most of. Enjoy every day brides-to-be; because your big day will be here faster then you know it!
