I take pride in being able to DIY a lot of projects, but when it comes to the flowers for the wedding, I hit a road block considering that I don’t feel comfortable doing them on my own. Yes, I know the wedding is still 8+ months away, but making the decision between all-white flowers and other wintry mixes is causing me a bit of an internal conflict. Now that I’ve picked out my dress, I feel as if I should be able to start visualizing the bouquet/dress look a little more, but I’m still struggling in deciding just exactly what I would like to do.
Here’s my inspiration for the wedding colors and though we have not picked them out yet, the bridesmaids dresses will be either black or a dark charcoal. Perhaps, this will help the visualization with the flowers a bit more.

Since I’ve found a new and easy way to put together inspiration boards, I decided to put together one with my favorite options. Now, it’s just a matter of deciding on whether I would like a more dramatic or subtle effect with the bouquets. My favorites right now are the all white gardenias (top left) and the silver/gray winter mix (top right); what are yours?

I like the top right :)
