Walking down the aisle is one of the most important walks you’ll take in your life… so you’ve got to be wearing the right shoes! I’ll get to THOSE shoes later… but first – the reception, the dance… the PARTY!

The skill to walk (keyword: Gracefully!~) in high heel shoes is not one I have… at all. However, for the big day I made a pack with  myself that for the ceremony.. I’m going to do it. BUT – for the reception.. It’s all fun and ALL comfy.. shoes and all. Check out these super great and SUPER comfy reception shoe options… Just because you toss the heels for the reception – fashion and style doesn’t have to go with them!~

I’m a lover of all things lace and these lace parasols aren’t any exception! If I was planning a spring or summer wedding, this would most definitely be a purchase I’d be making!

BHLDN, Anthropologie’s bridal store, is a goldmine for bridal accessories! They carry a variety of unique styles that I adore. Check them out.

The Garter Lady certainly knows her stuff! Check out this Etsy store that will make you wish you could wear your wedding garter more than once.

I am inspired by Nordstrom’s veil selection, and I especially like the ‘Catherin’ style by Nina. It has just the right length and amount of fullness. I don’t want a very embellished veil because my gown has such beautiful lace and pearls already.

Unfortunately, this style only comes in ivory, and my James Clifford Collection dress will be white. My mom has graciously volunteered to try to construct a similar veil using instructions from beauty by arielle. I think this will save us some $$$ and add a personal touch to my wedding ensemble. I will update later on how it all turns out!
